West Valley Community Health Services Community Health Fair April 29th
West Valley Community Health Services is holding a Community Health Fair Saturday, April 29th, from 11 AM – 1 PM at De Vargas Elementary School Basketball Court, 5050 Moorpark Ave in San Jose.
During the event they will be offering free health screenings & information in several areas including:
-Dental Screenings
-Hearing and Vision Screenings for Kids
-Blood Pressure Screenings
-Diabetes Education
-Home Safety & Emergency Preparedness
There will also be a Raffle Drawing, Gift Cards, Prizes and Snacks!
